I am following the progress of this project to get an idea of how things are going, what are the major hurdles they are encountering etc.

Is it in a path of progress?

*Disclosure- since this will be posted for years to come- feel free to check in to hear about my progress. 

Perhaps a little over-optimistic... hoping for progress and betting actual money on it are two different things.For house hacking, I think I'll stick to areas closer to the harbor if I do settle on Baltimore. 

Definitely progress!

In fact, this year’s projections call for a wildfire potential outlook of “above average” starting in July, with the most recent report from the National Interagency Fire Center noting that “drought is expected to persist if not worsen across much of the West.”

Land in the path of progress at the right time can give some of the highest returns in the industry.. 

While that is a work in progress I’ve set my mind to explore in a new career that’ll give me an edge as an investor in real estate .

My biggest challenge at this time is feeling confident that I found a property worthy of renting and then progressing from there. 

First flip in progress, looking to save as much money as possible off agent commissions but trying to be realistic.
