When you have prIvate investors where do you keep the money before the flip is purchased.

This being said, the 1st of our 3 opportunities will be an ongoing funnel of bank approved clients that are looking for a new home which we can provide that is basically hurricane resistant due to our patented building system which will be built on lots being offered to us by a private land owner, who will get paid once the home is built and family takes possession.

You are saying I should spend my money on trying to find my own deals correct?

Franchise agreements need to be studied carefully - often times they dictate when you renovate and how much you spend.

How quickly will you be able to earn that money back if you spend it all on a pilot's education?  

@Lindsey Thomspon I agree with the guy saying your going to spend more than 5k.

I also would not spend the extra money for crown moulding.  

Without all the details, there is no way I would spend $14K on siding, I just don't see that much of a return until it is really necessary to replace.

I have tried to fight this battle on the West coast and you can for sure landlock a property if  the person owned both properties and failed to give a together with easement when they sold one .the easement by necessity sounds like the play here and then its up to a trier of fact and maybe the other party wont want to spend legal fee's defending. ???
