Can anyone recommend a collateral lender who lends against promissory notes?

There are costs associated with doing a HELOC.If you WILL be living in the property for the first year, get a 5% down, or less, FHA/Conventional/203(k) loan for the purchase and keep more of your money in your pocket for future purchases, repairs, etc...On the second property, use a private lender to fund the acquisition/repair costs if any, and refi out using a DSCR in 3-6 months.

No different than a single LLC but with a few more meetings.Scalability:Essentially, the WLLC is what is known as a private trust company.

I see so many scam lender posts on REI pages in facebook , it sickens me.

A private loan or rich uncle is another example.The alternative with a mortgage is that you have to BRRRR sequentially, not in parallel.

Each unit has access to a backyard. 4 Units have it as private and 4 shares it with each other.
