I'm reducing the footprint and repricing.... finally a smart person. our floorplan for each unit we build is 668 sq ft and 2 beds for that exact same reason. people that Aren't in cheap markets don't understand. in columbus we face appraisal issues if we don't keep it as small as possible.

It also stays off of your personal credit/DTI which will help you as you live your life outside of these properties.Those will be a specific set of lenders that you will want to look into as many of them have different requirements that you would have to adhere to, but overall much more of a simpler process than your conventional lenders, while being a couple of points higher in processing.

They also tell you that you'll get Kris's personal cell phone number.. ha. yeah right. the guy legit never responds and when you call, it goes to a pre-recorded message that sounds soooo fake - its clearly not his real number and he doesn't get back to you with any valuable information.
