@Joseph - Yes, I'd have a backlog of tasks on Google Keep, and based on priority, would then write the top ones on a piece of paper and review with the Workawayers in the morning to ensure everyone was clear on the things we'd be doing.

Otherwise your filings and potential tax refund could be delayed as they try to figure out which return is real and which refund is legitimately due.If you are not already a "shredder", get yourself a good paper shredder and shred all paper that leaves your house with you name on it, even the junk mail and the labels off deliveries.

These would all be loans that have any chance to be included as a payoff in a refi.However, even with that said, many lenders (and appraisers) will want to see receipts to validate an ARV over 20% of the purchase price within a 90 day period.So it will be a paper trail you will need to document.Why not just wait out the 6 months and do it legit?
