@Eric Turner I think you need to be realistic with yourself and understand that at some point the walk needs to meet the talk. 4k in monthly cash flow would be good for a moderately advanced investor, and to get there you'll need to dive in and understand there will be years of grind and pain before you're at this point. 

So far it’s been worth the pains.

Everyone is dealing with (or not dealing with) the pain in their own way.

The signal transmits a much shorter distance due to higher frequency and shorter wavelengths than previous technology.

This has become a pain to manage remotely.

The signs have been obvious for years, and any objective consideration of the situation should be enough of a signal of what's coming.  

We are entering into a magnificent new era, but the transition is going to be painful for some I suspect.                           

Knob and Tube is still around and a pain and expensive to get rid of.

We are looking at multifamily, or signal family, with ADU or potential to add ADU.
