Investors owning rentals and slamming tenants in do not sit well with these types of organizations generally.The owners are trying to preserve values where some investors just care about the cash flow and the rent check coming in.Here in GA a tow company will put up the sign usually on a tree to the main entrance etc. saying the code ordinance law and that unauthorized vehicles are not allowed.

I started to see the potential that the software could have, but was not able to get any good reports from my poorly organized data.

It's a pretty good organization, lots of meeting and good educational speakers with little sales. 

I'm also not sure I'm documenting the info I do learn about and organizing it in the best of ways.

I was reading some of the stipulations and one of them was that the home would have to be owner occupied or purchased by a non profit organization .

Creating a website and driving traffic to the website through organic SEO - other than the website cost, you can do the constant content update and it's free!

If we take full responsibility for our successes and FAILURES, I think that our growth will be magnified drastically...and best of all, it will happen organically.

It's a great organization with a strong mix of seasoned investors and new investors.
