Tell me what county/state the property is in and I will tell you how to look up the title on line...the borrower's name will be on the title and then perhaps you can locate him/her with a reverse address lookup...Regards,Scott Miller

Now I have no choice but to make it work.Fortunately I did have some reserves at the time, but they're dwindling fast. i figure I can make it about 3-4 months with what I have left, but -knock on wood- as long as I can get this house sold within that time, I get my money back, and I make a healthy profit.

tpercival, I agree that there are some great online resources like you mentioned, however, they are only as good as the availability of information the conclusions are drawn on.For instance, comps I have gotten on properties in Texas were way out of whack.

The prices may be quite a bit lower, so ask yourself why--one reason is that the dues, fees, fines, and assessments can/will be increased/added sometimes for reasons with which you totally disaagree, that might be harmful to your unit, and that you have no choice but to comply with.
