what is my commission split, what are the costs of working in your office, what type of training do you provide etc etc

Being that I am a novice, I wanted to ask a few questions on here to process some of my ideas to even see if they were a viable train of thought before spending more money on legal and starting the eviction process(assuming that is what will need to be done)

I trained undergrads at a major University on Principles of Speech, how to give a quick speech in front of a group, and separated the introverts from the extroverts, I used a Myers Briggs personality test, then videotaped them all, it as a valuable experience for all :)

However the question remains how long is that financing for where you are only making $100/month and how much time and resources do you need to put into the deal as an ongoing basis?
