I'd recommend listening to the podcasts on wholesaling to learn more about it and going to your local REIA and finding wholesalers to learn from them.

Be careful, anything you tell an agent who is representing both sides of a transaction can be disclosed to the other party.I am quite sure you can get numerous investor-friendly agents from your area that are on BP to contact you if you just ask.As an agent, I have never come across the issue that @Stone Teran mentioned.

I'd also point out if you have a problem with getting your PM to work, you might also tumble down the problem of listening to tenant problems and being too nice.
