I have a 3 and 5-year old and can't imagine willingly stepping into such a thing...that's just me.As far a loan, you want to a normal owner-occupied residential loan.

It is an unrealistic proposal to expect there is a way to sanitize an area like a normal residence.If there WAS a way to sanitize a public area effectively, we would have many fewer deaths at hospitals because of the contagion at hospitals.Broom clean is good enough!
