Now that we've finally finished our casita in North Baja Mexico we're considering expanding our portfolio somewhere warmer in the coming months or years..

Hello all,I am interested in beginning my investment journey within the next 6- 8 months and start by building my network and learning from people that have already done it.

We were also looking at a TON of houses in the area so we knew this house was under what it should have costed.

People staying for just a few months want to experience what that city has to offer.

I don’t think I want to do this twice as closing costs seem like there going to be around 25-30k.

Anyone having major success with only buying SFH and renting them out to tenants to make good cash flow each month and re-investing?

I flipped a home and sold it a couple of months ago. 

My rentals which I believe is the way to go because every month you get money in your pocket if you’re good enough it’s all about cash flow and I will teach you how to make 1000 per Door, maybe even more
