Perhaps I’m making my first post to hold myself somewhat accountable and to move myself forward mentally.

My deal fell through but I'm keeping communication open with the listing agent for when we've exhausted the redemption time period.  

I have a mentality of abundance, and not of scarcity.

Perfecting your data and reasoning costs time, expertise, and mental energy, which are all sort of the same thing. 

Think of it like a ranch/retreat where Pastors and their families can get away for a few days to recharge and focus on themselves and their spiritual and mental health.The Hope would be to split all investment profits 50/50 between the two.

There is really nothing holding me back from achieving what I desire, outside of the mental self-limiting beliefs telling me that I am not worthy & capable of jumping to the next position towards my vision and doing multiple multifamily investment deals & managing other deals/projects at the same and always have deals coming up to do next.2.

I made a bunch of money, saved a bunch of money, and got myself mentally comfortable with the idea of "leaving the rat race" to pursue real estate full time.I'm not saying that you should stay in your engineering job for another 10 years, but you should definitely get some investing experience under your belt before you leave.In the meantime, learn to love your job.

Dealing with tenant and the property itself has drained my mental energy so much that I want to get out of business.

In summary, it's agreat investment category if you have the right mentality and commit yourself to it.
