About two hours from Cambutal are Chitre and Las Tablas, the two closest major towns to get most modern comforts (McDonalds, big grocery stores, health food stores, etc).

@Gustavo Gonzalez1 major reason (among others this isn't an all conclusive reason) everyone is talking about apartment investing via syndication as the best way to enter the multifamily space, in addition to taking advantage of economies of scale is...., It's a team sport AND if you're just getting started (you stated "enter") you want a team that consist of good operators that have experience.

I apologize if this is a pedestrian post, but im wondering if im analyzing this properly, should just wait to buy a better deal OR if i'm hesitant and scared just being an out of state investor.For what it's worth, I am an active realtor in Los Angeles and i have a SFR and Duplex in Michigan that are performing very well.
