There are many long-term rentals, and rents are relatively cheaper here but considering the current interest rate market I am not sure how well they're performing.

Also if your working with a GC they should have contacts at these suppliers as well.

Also, if they require a full appraisal on a short term loan, that is an issue as well.

There are DSCR lenders that will use the new appraised value after three months from the funding of the last transaction.

Worked really well and it didn't cost me anything.

As well as coffee shops like Bottoms Up Coffee are moving in and small microbreweries like brew dog and Land Grant.
