If someone comes into my property without my invite or permission, I think I can defend myself and my property esp when she carries firearms.Why should the property owner risk his/her life for some crazy person?

Somehow not having someone around seems like an invitation to trouble with single room rentals.

We've paid for numerous pre-inspections, sewer scopes, added a 22AD (Additional Deposit in case of a low appraisal), waived financing, written a letter of introduction about my family, etc. 

Just wanted to invite one and all to the "Beaten by Cash Buyers" Club.... who else has been beaten out on a deal by a cash buyer?

@Remington Lyman It's very difficult and within my group of acquaintances who account for numerous attempts (myself included), the success rate is low but there are genuine gross errors that sometimes get corrected. 

A single city can have numerous markets inside of it.

I invited them to move.
