If it is in this range then it warrants more investigation.  

Next month I am going to make my way down from New York to Arizona to have a fresh start, and ultimately to start my real estate business.

Straw-man deals (wholesaling) acting as a facilitator, getting in and out of some transaction that is unorthodox or not common and facilitating, what can easily be seen as financing, a matter that has many avenues to investigate to uncover some aspect that could open the door to claims of fraud.

Then you make slight adjustments to your valuation according to any minor differences in your subject property (“well mine has fresh paint and carpet”, or “this one’s lot is slightly bigger”, or in a “better location”, etc, so I’ll add a little value to the price tag).

Although I am as fresh as they come in terms of real estate investing, I feel BP will give me the comfort that ill seek when i run into trouble.
