What are some good interview questions to ask brokers?

I am talking with  hard money lenders for the first time in the next few days and would like to hear some questions you all ask when interviewing possible lenders. 

The bigger and more expensive names (like KW, Coldwell, Berkshire, Remax, etc.) probably won't fit your needs as well as a small brokerage with smaller splits (like Equity, Real, or small local operations).When you're about 75% of the way through the licensing course, start interviewing brokers.

I have had difficulty finding a position that has somewhat to do with my college degree whether it's at a bank or an operations manager trainee position at Avis (I went through 3 rounds of interviews with Avis and Bank of America but came up short) and also had interviews with places like Chase and have one scheduled this week for a commercial property manager position (also an assistant position that I have a better chance of getting) that would be a significant increase in pay than what I currently have.
