Hi everyone, I'm planning to move to Cleveland,Ohio and had recently purchased a property.

They also are not cheap and the best have requirements and the best of the best have requirements than insure that each member is a mover with a lot of info, contacts, etc.  

Try looking into zillow/Redfin and see what your potential rents you can get near the neighborhood by filtering the bedrooms/bathrooms of the intentional property that you are planning to buy.

You have to have your own plan and pace to move forward.

Do you still recommend vinyl plan over tile?

A little bit about my experience in Real Estate… I started a couple years ago doing some house flips in Detroit ( It was a 2 year plan) then decided to sell everything, moved to Washington DC which can't afford anything in the DMV area but last year I purchased a very nice 3500 SQFT Duplex in Shaker Heights, suburb of Cleveland.

(My plan is to consolidate that debt and pay off loc within 18 months, then potentially use it as down payment on another building)I’m feeling a little stuck and looking for some advice.

According to the article I linked below, some tips for finding dedicated contractors could be by going to local hardware stores, checking references, verifying licenses and insurance, etc.
