In our experience, we’ve had some similar property management fraud/deception with Crestcore, in Memphis.

Hats off to you on your work to expose the fraud.

Point the finger elsewhere to distract from the real fraud.

I’m looking at joining the club “Wealth212”, anyone with prior contact with this group have info about fraud or are they a good group? 

For example, if an applicant says that they do not have any pets but their pet screening report shows that they have purchased $300 worth of pet food in the last three months, this could be a red flag that they are trying to deceive you.Another issue that you should be aware of is fraud.

Now, I'm not against free enterprise, but geeeze...on "launch" day I had 50+ emails in my inbox, all nearly identical, reminding me to get Jack's land flippin' profit thingy.

If it isn't and they say it is, they may be subject to fraud charges. 

In the last 7 days I’ve received over 30 spam/fraud/crap phone calls and 14 text messages.  

If they can’t prove fraud the most you’d face is repaying the taxes you woulda owed anyway. 

Go hard at whatever we value and tie our identity to.
