I'm through Hostaway and I realized they have a check in form that will collect ID so I'm hoping that moving forward might help.

Have a temporary income plan for the property hopefully going in within the next month so I can better work on building.

I'm a new investor and had hopes of using BRRR and having enough leftover to put it into PM.

I don't have much money to put down in cash, so I was hoping to take out some kind of HELOC on my investment property.

Hoping for something to happen in my favor, but not getting my hopes up.

Basically, its a lot of work...Some may be reputable, but not offer a "great experience" like any other vendor.I know this isn't the greatest set of answers, but I hope it helps some. 

I’ve run into a dispute with my property manager and am hoping to hear how others might handle this situation.The property manager just turned over a nicely updated apartment and in addition to the normal repairs and painting, installed new 2 inch blinds and ceiling fans in the apartment.
