Marc Gleason What state to start an LLC?

So I am planning to begin wholesaling in Arizona and want to get my LLC registered ASAP.After quick research it said file in state if you are going to have a store front (which I will not) or would be doing must of your business in state (which I would).It says you may want to file out of state, most commonly Delaware, if you wont have a store front or will be doing business out of state.

@Ryan Nguyen I too have been looking out of state and tend to stick to markets I have personally visited before but that's just my comfort level.David Greene wrote the book on out of state investing (you can find it here in the store) and he recommends having checks and balances by way of multiple people you can rely on.

I did read a few reviews and people are saying they are poor in workmanship because the hardware ( that I also saw in-store ) is no longer metal but a harder plastic that broke when the person used the blind.

Non outdoor furniture should not be stored on the deck  - Landlord reserves the right to inspect the property with at least 24 hours notice when deemed necessary (pursuing Section 11 of the Lease), but at a minimum every 3 months for routine inspection.
