@Shital Thakkar This is a very broad topic to discuss, however in general the difference in language and regulations are topics to take into consideration.

.- I'm not a fan of the combo MC/light... if one component fails you might have to replace the whole thing... as well, depending on the height of the fixture, the light may not end up being high enough if the mirror is properly placed, or the mirror part too high.- If surface mounted fixtures are placed below the light fixture, but sure that they are compatible in so much as their projections from the wall so that the MC doesn't block the downward light many folks might want when looking in their bathroom mirror (or simply directing bulk of light/heat onto the top of the MC).

While a contract must have consideration to be valid.

H/2 means if your shed height is 10' then setbacks are set 5'.

And you can assign/sale the purchase contract for consideration, the problem is the with the transaction it isn't being done correctly in 99.9% of the cases.

Here in southern California topography, soil, lot coverage, height limitations, etc. play huge roles too.
