Hey Billy,If you don't want to call a service company I recommend using a dry stain remover sponge first then some soap, detergent, or a mix of both and a lot of scrubbing.

I have some cash to do it but that will run me dry of my cash reserves which I would like to keep on hand for any unforeseen situations.

But there are a lot of tax pros who view that reversed.If I walked into a salon and they were watching a youtube video on how to do the hair color I requested while telling me they could do it and charging me...I'd be pretty upset. 

And depending on your layout, the pest guy might need his chemicals to sit and dry for a few days before any mulch is spread, for instance. 

Dry drainage flows through middle of property during weather.  

In my primary area however, this opportunity is drying up.
