I am fairly new to real estate investing, I've read multiple books and will continue to learn from this site before making any rash decisions.I am hoping to learn from others on this site, and build a network of people to assist me with my business ventures, If there are people in either area who would like to connect please contact me.

While sports teams won't have huge impact, but just moving here will mean jobs for each home game, ticket sales, food concession, hotel bookings, and home purchases by staff and players of sports teams.Each of these "baby steps" will lead to overall growth for the city.

I recommend starting to significantly deepen your knowledge base by watching/listening to podcasts, reading books, and browsing the forums. 

I have not attended any seminars or felt a need to, because there is so much information out here for free (or low very cost) in biggerpockets, various podcast, and numerous great books! 

I don't have my code book in front of me but I seem to remember it being illegal nationally.

In your books, this is also called a Lease Option or Rent To Own solution.

I have 8 crews booked out for a month on homeowner jobs, which pay better and are less hassle, and two more crews dedicated just to my own investment properties.
