I plan to by 1 property in year 1, 2 in year 2, 3 in year 3, and so on with a final goal of 10 properties paid in full all generating passive cash flow.

The other advantage to the buyer is that now in the property history it shows that they bought it at a higher price, which makes it look like they are getting less profit when they sell it later.
