@Justin JonesHi Justin,I do not recall how much it would be for two, that was a long time ago lol.....however my grocery bill for a family of 5 (my kids are all under 8 but they eat like teenagers), is regularly $500-600 a month. 85% or greater of our meals is home cooked.

(Think 4-plex with one exterior door, but the basement/garden level units aren't finished units) Note: There are no egress windows in the basement so I am unable to convert the property into a 4-plex, nor do I currently have the funds to take on that much rehab work.One of the basement "units" is unfinished (see picture) and I'm looking for creative uses for this space that will provide extra income for the property.

I will probably need about 100K to complete the rest (Insulation, Sheetrock and Interior Finishes).

So it will be a little lower than $40,000 of taxable income.I recently just finished the coding bootcamp, so I am currently not employed yet, but is looking for a job.

When I went to see the finished work, they were so proud of their paint job which had horrible cut-ins (actually, there really weren't any) and there were runs/drips on the walls. 

Instead of the typical 30 day, we extended the contract a bit to allow them time to finish up.Reason #2: I ran into a HUGE hurdle with financing because I had a non-occupant co-signer in my dad.

We just finished a 1000 piece puzzle from Puzzleyou.com - you can upload a picture and they will turn it into a puzzle and mail it to you.

Secured a turnover just before all this began, need to finish up the renovation (luckily I do it all myself).

Improved finishes in several units.
