You may have to do extra networking and self-promotion to find what you're looking for but I'd say that is what you should go after. 

Rob, the point has little to do with the Act and much to do in bearing liability in getting another party involved in breaking laws, enticing another to act based on your advice.

If someone states that turnkey investments are the best idea for a new investor and they happen to be a turnkey provider, take caution, it is simply a self promotion and not necessarily good or valid advice.
