Sometimes the property will also be listed on MLS or Zillow and you may be able to call or email an agent who knows something.

. - I communicated with realtor completely through texts and emails. he was very responsive and active.- We started looking for a property in June mid, bought in July and closed in 1st week August.- i was all excited in getting it leased asap, working actively with my realtor and listed for $50 less than the recent comps.

Offer to pay a buyer agent commission/finders fees and drop flyers, do email blasts, etc.... to local real estate offices.

The MFH market has been stagnant here for awhile and the ones that have sold I don't know how they could even generate a profit.I haven't heard of any meetups here but there is one that meets in Tri-cities regularly and one I've got an email to in Yakima.

The advantage for us is to have six months to get the business up and running.To put it in real numbers, I'm imagining a $580,000 purchase price, $290g down, $145g at balloon, and instead of paying $29g and straight interest each year, start at $25g and have it compound for five years.
