Jill is an agent too so if you are looking at something on the MLS or maybe something held by a tired landlord she might be able to hook you up.One good piece of advice I received from her about a year ago was that Lansing was flooded with 2 Bedroom SFR rentals.

Luc if you don't mind... a small piece of advice.A N4 is fine although all it really does is provide your tenant a 14 day grace period to pay rent owing.If they do not pay you must file your L1 which is an eviction request with a filing fee of  $170.

If you are good with a computer, you can create the letter on the computer with a handwriting font and then print on an INKJET printer with blue ink onto a piece of yellowpad paper (just the regular old yellow pad paper with lines on it from the office store - take it to the service counter and ask them to cut off the very top of the pad that has the glue stuff that holds it all together).
