You can get anyone from a mom and pop shop up to a full corporate treatment and each has its plusses and minusses. 

A lot of times, utilities get special treatment because they are considered necessary to a community.

I think that small parks may be the "gateway drug" to big ones.

Bed bugs treatment isn't cheap and they will likely spread if the problem isn't treated.

But I suppose it beats buying a house next to the local drug house.

Like any town, there are neighborhoods you want to stay away from due to the high crime/drug/vacancy rate, but the opportunities are there.Another note, a good strategy in Lima right now is college rentals.

Hi @Samuel Seay, I know a guy that is in right now who is a talented HVAC guy...he simply had a drug problem that he couldn't kick.

Athough it's really common, your post doesn't sound like your suffering from PBA (I'm trying to sound like a drug commercial), I think you're being smart. 

These are all no smoking no drugs and some are no drinking.
