Last time I looked there were good ops in T and G for multifams near the Unis. 

And unless the OP has has this property a while, they likely have little to no equity because they utilized a DPA program.OP, since you're in Orlando, I can't imagine the property wouldn't rent regardless of the strategy you choose.

Assuming the OP was saving $$$ during this period it's time to take action.

Like previously mentioned, screen like any other tenant and you should increase your odds of success.To address your OP, I have heard of S8 millionaires probably because S8 tenants have limited properties to choose from given the number of landlords who won't play the S8 game.
