If my wife's share were passed to our daughter could the LLC do it then?

I don't have any rentals in Prescott, but my daughters friends family has 3 or more.

@Josh Matthews  if its a good enough deal just list it with an agent that specializes in leasing pay them the first months rent as a lease up fee and stay legal. that's a thought.. my daughter is an agent there in Vegas and she does a lot of leasing ... with the hopes ( and it does pan out) that those she helps lease a home will then come to her to buy one..

I'm jornel lugo , 21 years old and am looking for passive income to support my growing family of a wife and daughter .

In my state it's not terribly expensive and I want it to be a business so mentally, making it a business forces me to treat it as one.

As for us, it will just be me working while my wife stays home with our 1-yr. old daughter (more kids in the future probably).  

Her mom wants to cosign lease and pay one year in advance because she doesn't want her daughter to have to worry about paying rent on time.  

I need them to sign the check cut out by the insurance company, the note holder now the grand daughter of the deceased original note holder(private lender). insists in me signing the check and mail it to her so she can put it into the same account affiliated with my mortgage payment.

Myself, my fiancé, and a partner would be teaming up with him to learn the business over our first few flips together, with the goal of taking work off of his plate and continuing to manage the business with his daughter, whom currently manages the sale process.

I found a nice older lady (50's) who is single, has one daughter who lives at home with her while going to college (20 years old) and the 20 year old has a 1.5 year old son (tenants grand son.)
