My concerns starting are my lacks of funds, investment experience, and VERY poor credit.

Regarding the roomate situation, my agent told me the insurance will likely cover the property damage caused by the roomate,but if he got injured due to my liability, that won’t be insured. 

Once I announced that I would require an application fee and run credit/criminal background checks, the calls dropped to a few a week.

The insurance company is going to rebuild all the units due to the amount of damage, but there has been some hold ups with the county due to permitting, changes in codes and such that has delayed the rebuild process greatly.

Just tried Peach State Credit Union, from their website it looked like a great option so I went to talk to them in person. 

I’m using a personal line of credit to fund the transaction.

My sense is there's a reason for that.I'd be a bit concerned that some type of failure could result in water damage, in addition to the risks that you mentioned. 

Hey everyone, looking for advice.We have owned a condo (3/2) for 10+ years and the market is now favorable for selling.We have had two full price offers both of which terminated during due diligence due to subtle structural damage, moisture, and rusting on the old cast iron pipes under the common building.  

I’m talking about 800+ credit score, proof of concept with correct bids for the build and correct ratios, and need for specific niche in the area.

Our credit is just below the necessary number to get a mortgage now. 2 months ago they had a cousin who was going to buy it and we were given a 3 month warning that we would need to find a new place.
