Seems that Google holds back on their gmail features (even county recorder sites give me options to customize line items into a CSV file which goes right into Goog sheets).

Customer isnt happy , the extra costs to do the footer was an additional charge ( as per contract ) And the finish date extended ( as per contract ) .  

I'd recommend a couple books on mindset that really helped me see the bigger picture.

Go through pictures and gain a general idea of what the price per sq ft is in your area.
