You would have to replat the properties and have them contain separate legal descriptions and you would need your local government approval to do this....and that would be very difficult to do.

this type of thing has miles and miles of case law..and its clear cut.. no pun intended.. you get a forester or a mill to value the trees and then your entitled to triple stumpage.if its government land you wacked the trees off of that can become criminal.other wise you would probably need a good RE broker to testify as to what the tree's bring for aesthetic value.
