From my understanding (in the past few days of crash learning MBH) it is better to just own the lot and not the home...plus banks will not value the homes just the lot when it comes to financing.

I would argue that taking one year of law school to get the 1L crash course education and then dropping out would be more useful from a "skills" standpoint than an MBA.

As for a closing ratio, we expect an average of 15-20% to close. thank you.. when I was looking at larger tapes in the Crash.. those that were 5 to 10million.. we had to take them all .. it was quite frustrating trying to figure out who was real.. we get frustrated with wholesalers in real estate.. daisy chain in notes was off the charts..

Certainly my opinion holds some bias in it.In vegas you can buy an ugly cash flow negative D- property on the way east side of town for a premium price of 350k LOL one of my partners bought 3 or 4 of those ugly 4 plexs coming out of the crash for about 125k each put 100k into them cash flow sporadic is best it can be described.. and he is selling at the 350k range you mentioned .. he thinks they have peaked..
