If you eat like crap,and don't exercise, and drink   you will be tired.

I am now in my 13th year of real estate investing and I had some family give me crap and negative comments at the start while my parents supported my decision.

Opinion: I don't think that the crash would come this time from the housing market in the other hand take a look at stock market that any crap company worth billion, that's a real bubble lol.

My main point was that there are better places (for the lower 95% plus) to invest, and wherever one does, it's still a bit of a "crap shoot..." so being a "contrarian investor," is WISER.

Let the goal of getting to eventually do what you love be your motivation for the crap job that pays you now.

This stuff is cheap all over when we factor for inflation rates, inventory, future population demand etc...It is that other 20% of the total crap locations you need to double check investing in as a buy and holder.

Account Closed Trust me there are plenty of hard working folk who don't agree with that crap. 

I have the lowest insurance because I don't give a crap if something happens to my car.

If people are willing to buy bias crap (true of both sides) then someone is willing to sell it.  

I don't give a crap what YOU THINK about my investment style.
