More companies are in liquidity crisis now because they've been lending to/from each other in huge tranches.

I just purchased my first rental property and my first home as well witch means I am hoes hacking a duplex any ways its been 2 weeks since my agents company has been advertising the unit and we haven't gotten any serious inquiry's .

It is a thriving city that is attracting several major companies, which will bring in thousands of job opportunities in the next few months and years.

I am a licensed realtor here in Los Angeles, don't want to deal with the exodus of insurance companies and difficulty getting insurance and keeping it after a claim, tenant landlord laws being heavily in favor of tennants, exorbitant property taxes and minimal RTP among a few other factors with these being the most inspiration to take my money out of california.  

Does it have to be a special insurance company for that?

If a management company has unlicensed Leasing Agents and/or Assistant Managers for at least 2 years without any training and then gets them a leasing license does that cover the time they operated without a license?

We conduct the manual journal entries for our bookkeeping Clients each month so QBO reflects all of the transactions behind the deposits made by each PM.I understand that may be too much work for a $50-100M portfolio each month.Hopefully, the PM software companies are beginning to explore integrations with QBO but we haven't seen it yet.

I've been in Real Estate since '87 so I like to invest in what I know but outside of my company, in my personal portfolio I have about 20% outside of Real Estate assets in other types of debt instruments, private equity, and a bit in the traditional stock market. 

There are companies that install submeters.
