Outside of real estate, I have lots of experience building and managing teams and businesses.

My rentals - QBOMy bookkeeping business - QBOAs a bookkeeper myself, I prefer to have everything on the same platform.

I pay them all by check and all have legit full time business.....no "side work" guys.
