That coverage is almost totally pointless because it only covers MY contents...which would basically just be the appliances...and not even the tenants' contents.But, every year, she tells me the same thing.

I think his work is somewhat seasonal so he has some money available and basically just wants to avoid blowing it.

It is true that voice contact or in-person contact generally lead to showings more often than just online correspondence, basically because people will trust you more.

Should I wait and gamble that they won’t sell so I can do a conventional loan to buy both?
