I have two incorporated businesses and I'm going to transfer a rollover into the i401k.Need the checkbook function since I use online tax lien auctions and they require an ACH of the deposit before bidding and then an ACH within 24 hours of the end of the auction for the final balance.Most SD custodians without the checkbook can't deliver the funds as fast as I need them to the counties after the auction ends.Checkbook i401k and SD IRA's can give me that speed option.

What you want to look for is an aged domain that someone has been sitting on that you can pick up for cheap that is relative to the keywords you are targeting.Sometimes you can find them on Godaddy auctions or look up the whois feature and contact them looking to purchase.Case in point.

Frequently there is still a loss of capital when forclosing on a property, based on the auctioneer costs, advertising, public notices, the long time frame, legal costs, legal delays, bankruptcy delays, accrued insurance, accrued taxes, possible vandalism, condemned properties and declining prices.

I do not have a direct answer for you,but have you noticed that there are a lotcorporate buyers out there.Also they are buying everything that is available and hiring people to attend the auctions (that,s they,re only job )and taking any profit out of the deal.I think the small investor days are over.The corporategiants want to own where you live too......................
