I’m attempting to get my first deal done.

In Bright MLS year to date (the largest mls sytem in the country covering 6 states) 31% of attempted short short resulted in a sale and 69% failed.

My first attempt at having others manage and complete the processes did not go well, mostly due to lack of supervision.  

After several attempts at arbitrage, we honestly gave up.
