These projections are using numbers from AirDNA showing 77% average occupancy rate and ~$270 average nightly rate.I'm not sure if these numbers are representative of what is truly happening in today's market.For those that have cabins in the Smoky Mountains, could you please share your revenue numbers as well as net income (after all expenses) for 2022.I'd like to see if my projections are realistic.Thank you in advance.

I would go down to the city and find out how many other subdivisions are in there development process, the last time I was in tigard they said like 7 if i remember that right and those some of that was the subdivisions i think you are talking about at the base of bull mountain. my guess is that they will not be extending the UGB any time soon because that is why all of these new subdivisions are being developed.
