If they were able to make a highest and best call within that short period of time, they are quick to make decisions.To answer your question, if the H&B was advertised they cannot legally accept any offers after....unless they are a fan of litigation.

You could consider the owner financing, or sell as "subject to", or a lease option, and advertise for their sale with "no bank involved" and make more money.

So first I opened an llc online and going through that process (which is more than I thought , I have to advertise my llc is 2 newspapers for 6 weeks ) that's so I can get pre qualified for a hml loan .
