i want to do what has the best success rate . the stock market just scares me . i feel like im outside a casino watching someone else gamble with money and i have know control . that money didn't come easy . if i could get it out with out the huge penalties i would have done so years ago .

I’m just wondering about Vegas specifically. 

Hey @Ricardo Murph II,So, Ill lead off by saying that I've been a self employed tile professional for about 10 years now and I've done everything from the backsplash for the little old lady next door here in Massachusetts to our current project renovating 1150 bathrooms for one of the casino resorts in Connecticut and your question is one I get quite frequently.  

Side Story: Jeremiah and I went to Las Vegas for the builders Show this past January for one day and it was great.

@Dennis NikolaevI own double digits properties in Las Vegas, and currently list all of them for sale on MLS, because I have the same thought like many others that, we are very close to the peak and very close to the end of the cycle.

I am a property manager in Las Vegas and my leases go over smoke creating a nuisance to neighbors and vehicles must be operational.

I did have to wait a few weeks for them to sign one of the addendumsHere in Vegas, the banks will generally take in a bunch of offers and then say:"we have multiple offers.. we will accept best and highest offer" I was offering under list at first but I wasnt even getting a response.The banks also have you sign a "waiver of NRS Chapter 133 rights" (they cant legally force you to sign it but it is a deal killer if you dont).. pretty much says you understand the property is being purchased "as is."

I've dealt in Salt Lake, Vegas, and Dallas.

In some markets, including my own (Las Vegas), it is a good time to buy right now.
