I'm a rags to riches to rags to???

I'm a aspiring real estate investor from Singapore and I just found out that my country does not have any tax treaty with the US so I would have to pay a flat fee of 30%.

But every real estate book on the market spits their own magic formula to become rich, I don’t care about that I have my formula, I just want information on everything real-estate, it doesn't have to be a book. 

Not getting rich quick, but it's been great to steadily build up my assets.  

It is probably impossible to start yourself off in New York unless you’re born in a super rich family in my opinion.

Because the "plan" is to get rich or die trying.5.

Books like Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and How to Invest in Real Estate by Josh Dorkin and Brandon Turner (which I actually finished about 30 min ago) have peaked my interest in pursuing financial freedom through real estate investing.Though it is my goal to make a career in the military, I understand that there will come a time where my service will end.

The opposite is called long term rental the only people using house hacking on this forum are excited newbies  who plan to get rich quick  and then we never hear from again .
