Bring lots of garbage bags (preferably contractor grade) as most loose stuff / junk probably hasn't been packed and can be "gently" placed in garbage bags and hauled outside.

If it is just the construction of the building, then I think they are high.As others mentioned, the larger the build, the cheaper per SF it gets (similar to buying a 6 pack vs 12 pack).The true value in a great GC and architect is the ability to value engineer the project for you.

Another option might be an RV you could use as a mobile office with your tools and a toilet, etc., if you'd rather rent the unit out.Would there be any issue with noise for the other tenants?
