Hi~ in my listing I mention that house tours can be found on our Insta so people have never asked for a video.

They are screenshots from videos I took.

Some of these suck LOTS of juice to run the video processing.

My guys send me videos of what they are doing and any issues they run across.

It's nice that my dad don't have to bring his plunger over if his barber shop tenant, or video store tenant had a stuffed toilet.

If they refuse spit in their coffee when they are not watching and take a picture of that green brown yellow loogie floating in their coffee, and when they finished drinking it, ask for their number, then run away and once you are in your car send them a pic (or video even better) of that monster loogie and them drinking and chewing on that fat slimy loogie and then say in the text, if you only had given me their info.

Do you recommend doing a walk-through in a video to display my property and having a link so people can have a better idea of what I'm pitching?
