Lack of inventory likely caused this.Another way to look at it:This one shows it (inventory level) in an even more dramatic way:At the moment Denver is seeing big pricing increases – so is the entire USA good way to fix this inventory problem is build more houses.

Both strategies work great, and you will probably live for free.The third strategy is to buy a traditional multifamily and live in one unit and rent out the others, but Denver's multifamily inventory is very small and most of them need 30k+ of work.
